Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, maintaining credential security, and all activity that occurs under your login. Organization accounts may be controlled by an employer or administrator who manages seats and access.

Plans, Trials, and Purchases

Pricing, trial terms, and paid features are controlled by the checkout and subscription terms shown at purchase time. Digital product fulfillment and subscription billing may be handled by third-party payment providers integrated into the service.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to break the law, abuse or overload the platform, scrape private data, bypass access controls, interfere with security, or use the AI features for fraud, harassment, or harmful activity.

AI Output and Service Availability

AI features can generate inaccurate or incomplete output and should be reviewed before being relied on for safety, legal, medical, employment, or regulatory decisions. Features may change over time, and availability can be affected by maintenance, provider outages, abuse prevention, or security work.

Intellectual Property and Content

AnybodyCanSpeak retains rights in the platform, software, designs, and original content. Users retain rights in content they submit, while granting the service the permission needed to store, process, and display that content in order to operate the product.
