We store the information needed to run your account, including your name, email address, authentication method, persona, native language, target languages, and subscription or trial status. When Google sign-in is used, we receive the identity data required to verify and link that account.
We store learning progress such as XP, streaks, completed missions, vault cards, grammar activity, article usage, and AI chat history where needed to provide continuity, analytics, certificates, and enterprise reporting.
We use account and activity data to authenticate users, personalize lessons, deliver AI features, measure product usage, process purchases, protect accounts, enforce seat limits, and provide enterprise readiness reporting and organization-specific AI context where applicable.
AnybodyCanSpeak relies on third-party providers for hosting, payments, Google authentication, email delivery, and AI infrastructure. We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with providers needed to operate the service or fulfill a transaction.
We use access controls, role-based permissions, and hosted infrastructure safeguards to protect stored data, but no online system can promise absolute security. Data is retained for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and keep enterprise records intact unless deletion is requested and legally permitted.
If you are in Québec, provincial privacy law (Law 25) gives you the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is inaccurate, request its deletion, receive a copy in a portable format, withdraw consent you previously gave, and ask that your information not be used to make an automated decision without a way to have it reviewed. To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected]; we will confirm receipt and respond within the timeline the law requires.
Questions about privacy, access, correction, deletion, or enterprise data handling can be sent to [email protected].
